What we know about that 7th patient is that she either did not show significant increase in PD-L1 or did not get 350 mg (or both). She could be part of the 12% who did get a high dose but did not show a significant increase in PD-L1.

As far as I can see, that doesn't change the stat. It's not that it saves everyone. The combination of high dose and an ICI saves 88%.
