I understand the impacts of Hanging-on to the money...I get that...what I don't get... is how it's ALLOWED to happen...a wire takes seconds...
Butt, because it's an OTC security...they drag you over the coals...and simply tell you...that's the rule.
My cash..my CMA's...it's maddening...certainly takes the edge of spontaneity.
