According to Ohm20, the main issue is the fact that the four (basically cured) were taking pd-1 blockers ....so we need to know if any of the other not-so-lucky patients were taking pd-1 blockers. If very few were taking them, then we have a block-buster combo going. Apologize if I am putting words in anyone's mouth > it's just the way I am interpreting things (possible outcomes).
