The Signal Relief looks like another nano particle patch, no mention of them engineering the patch so they are a marketing company only. One 42 patient pilot study to try to establish efficacy. A big red flag is raised by looking at their reviews. I went through the first 300 and they were all 5 star. You could give away a product for free and 1 out of 10 would have something to complain about.
A similar nano particle patch, Kailo, showed up a few of years ago. Same M.O., heavy advertising, terms of service document 20 pages long, powered only by your body's electrical current, big discounts for purchasing multiple units.
You can now get generic nano particle patches for $25 a piece on Amazon.
