I'm guessing the FDA approved " Avmapki Fakzynja" due to three factors:
1. Completely unpronounceable
2. Absurdly high ratio of consonants to vowels
3. Serious toxicity in almost one-third of patients.
If we expect to have any success with Leronlimab, we need to inject more consonants and cut it with something decently toxic. You want to play with big pharma drugs, you got to act like a big pharma drug.
