Re: KenChowder #152520
This is a great question and one I assume is probably true. It would be better for us if it was in the 500 mg range or 300 mg range. But full receptor occupancy, we know leads to better outcomes. We know the vague MASH/NASH data in humans led to a statistical significance in the 350 mg arm several years ago, but that was due to I believe a low n. 750 mg didn’t achieve statistical significance due to a low n as well.
The money will come they will allow us to have studies with n’s the show the truth statistical significance of this drug at 750 mg. We aren’t that far away are we?
The theories are there and now the results are coming in. Hedge funds and shorts be warned. The company is sitting on a treasure chest of data. They’re crunching it right now and giving us breadcrumbs.
There’s a whole loaf out there. At this point, we’re going to Munich and New Orleans and Barcelona and Vienna just to show a few breadcrumbs.
How much for a loaf of bread, sir?
