It may decrease it. IL-2 and GM-CSF can tighten the junctures that release lymphatic fluid, lowering them (which leronlimab does) might increase lymphatic drainage.
A paper was released that showed lowering a protein called ROCK2 through reductions in cytokines can increase lymphatic drainage. ROCK2 is activated by the cAMP protein which is also downregulated by leronlimab.
