CISH, Tregs, PD-1 and other tumor protectants have one thing in common, they all are a response to a rise in inflammatory cytokines and the accompanying rise in killer cells that target tumors. They do so to try to balance out that overreaction. Tumors hijack those protectants to save themselves from destruction. Targeting individual protectants is good. Targeting the cycle of an overreactive immune response that in turn greatly increases all of these protectants would be much better. Strangely that's what leronlimab does and also boosts killer T-cells that can destroy the tumor. Sooner or later the broader medical scientific community will figure it out.
