A more reasonable question raised by Jake would be, IMO, to ask why Big Pharma that we, the longs, love to abuse would at best offer us no more than pocket change AT THIS POINT. What if they are more rational than we evaluating our worth? After all, how come they have become Big? By being irrational? What if we switch to the devil’s side for a moment and reason what is RATIONALLY in favor of the small change at best?
