The contract would have been negotiated prior to getting a new CFO. This contract would be under the old CFO if is it signed on the same day that the new CFO takes over as there is no thumbprint of the new CFO on it. I think it is just a coincidence and they want the new CFO with them at ESMO, which would make sense on a going-forward basis.
