Cohen, Specialized Expertise is for M&A and or Restructuring. We needed restructuring that’s for sure.
Did a deal come out of that or was he brought in just to navigate choppy waters. Time will tell.
Management hasn’t asked for money yet, so it’s pretty telling imo.
The new CFO maybe is the one that seals the deal and gets us through it.
