UBRG News Universal Bioenergy Planning for Shareholder Conference Call

IRVINE, Calif., July 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCMarkets:UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company, announced today that it is making final plans to conduct a live conference call with its shareholders and stakeholders to discuss its recent business developments, plans to up-list to NASDAQ and strategic plans for its future growth and expansion.

On January 26, 2012, the Company announced it was planning a conference call, however due to the activities to complete their SEC filings, closing the Whitesburg Friday Branch Mine acquisition, closing the gas storage contract, approval of the stock dividend and other major transactions, the call was postponed.

The call will be scheduled in the next one to two weeks, and all of the necessary arrangements are being to accommodate the shareholders. A final announcement will be made to the public in the next few days after all of the details are complete, that will provide the required information to access conference call line.
