Whether it was a strategic move to embark on a Late-breaking abstract...or a case of a simply jammed timeline...I couldn't tell...Butt,... all indications point to LATE-Breaking...
It occurs to me that waiting for the last moment... adds a sense of urgency and a delayed disclosure of the facts...which IF true... is definitely a chess move...designed perhaps for suitors agenda.
