I just don't understand why - given our unsurpassed safety data and exceptionally promising treatment data - why a few FDA employees can't stay up a few hours tonight, review everything we have, then come out tomorrow morning and say -
"Okay, there is no downside. Those of you who need LL, take it, we won't stand in your way."
And yes, I really believe - after 1600+ AIDS patients with no SAE's - it SHOULD be just that simple.
