Iteresting could be that their shareholders know they are going to be screwed. Last year they had a management purge sure they were low on funds. But did not even to try to get financing looks like they are looking for a sale Talks about NASDAQ but let the share price wither s a clear sign
Second, they don 't seem to be fighting the share price make it easy to acquire.
We seem involved pushing their distributor away or a changing a huge financial feel looks like DOC made a deal they could not refuse. The seems like they are not planning to go it alone bodes well for us
Maybe when They talk about getting to NASDAQ, we may be the vehicle and they will be a sub of ours
