I had a discussion with ChatGPT who kind of told me to temper expectations because it was a small sample size and there was no control arm to compare against with these patients, but then I added to my questions that these patients had stage 4 mTNBC and had already failed 4 lines of treatment which changed its tune saying that its unlikely that their cancer went away "by chance."
What may even make these results seem less like chance is if all of these surviving patients were in the group receiving 525-700 mg (or better, just the ones receiving 700 mg). That would mean 5 survived out of 19 (or less if just the 700 mg group had survivors).
We also weren't even able to calculate the mOS at the 12 month point because we hadn't reached 50% mortality so it will be interesting to see what the mOS is based on the new data.
