Y'know, I think that's a solid possibility. Backing up that thought is Cytodyn's turning so unreservedly towards Oncology as their main focus with not even a nod to HIV...you know they haven't forgotten it by any means, and someone like Dr Max Lataillade isn't going to just sit around waiting for HIV to swing back into being a priority for the company.

It's all speculation, but I think there's a good chance HIV isn't being mentioned because it's been dealt with as you say. And seriously, GSK is a screamingly obvious suitor in the HIV arena with their ownership of ViiV and Dr L's close association with them.
