The Venture Exchange is dependent on Legislation passing.
HRI had a Market Cap of at least one billion dollars last time the numbers were posted.
If Doc is aiming at the Venture Exchange we're in bigger trouble than we thought.
Once a company gets to 2 Billion market Cap they remove them from the Venture Exchange, which is still a long way out.
