Although I have warrants with Paulson, the shares I have with them are held as "short". Once I exercise the warrants, I am not sure if they too will be a "short sale".
This is the way they were registered under Nader's direction. I don't know anything more than this was the least painful way of getting financing for the company.

The warrant carrot was highly touted by Paulson but many of mine have expired and not a profitable venture with the depressed stock price. Hopefully the remaining will be different.
