It appears Chemist4U is having some difficulty keeping Actipatch in stock. Actipatch is getting many 5 star reviews, such as the following:

I have been using the Actipatch for many years to relieve shoulder pain due to arthritis. Surgery was offered 3 years ago but I preferred to control the pain. Still able to use my right arm & shoulder. Wear the Actipatch 24/7 & well worth the money I pay every month.
