According to sourced information over 2.2 million cases a year in general population for TNBC...then you have the
Localized TNBC (Stages (0-1) OS is 91%
Regional TNBC (Stages (2-3) OS is 66%
DIS/Metastic TNBC (stage 4) OS is 12%
mTNBC NEWLY diagnosed is 1/2-2 years.
While TNBC Tumors tend to respond well to chemotherapy...treatment options are limited compared to other Cancer Types.
All in all...It affects about 13 in every 100,000 in the female population...well in excess of (2) million a year...Not a good number.
