I looked at BielyMonster's post about the 'new' regulation. I entered 'compliant' and got 2 citations, so it must be compliant, not complaint.
Regardless, something has happened in regards to BIEL and the FDA. What it means, I have no idea. I am open to hear any and all opinions; except from bashturds, of course.
