I concur with Jake, if we bump up survival rates from 10% to 25/30%, that's a major deal like a bases loaded homer to win the game. As they said in the 30's .... Yowser Yowser!!!! I was going to comment like Jake but he beat me to it! Especially, we are not just increasing survival by months > we are actually curing some. If I had a relative I would climb Everest to get LL for them. but no cliff climbing I always had visions of me halfway up and stuck 1000 ft above ground screaming for help frozen with fear.
