A little guessing here no doubt but CEO Brian Thom is keeping the investment community and shareholders advised. "OTC Markets recently requested certain additional information from the company which it expects to submit by the end of March, allowing OTC Markets to complete its review of the application."
IMO no CEO like Brian would waste his time pursuing an upgrade in investment community then UEEC. "• Accomplished Wall Street professional with demonstrated business origination capability, multi-industry expertise with a successful history of driving strategic dialogue and M&A transactions"
