That makes sense GM.  Bartak is still involved in the background somewhere, and apparently wants to use the TigerLynk technology for mining.  HIMR has a Latin American development team actively seeking logging concessions (this same group tested the prototype), and we know AQCI had agreements with local mills for the timber they recovered.
