I spoke to Dwyer today. He has not run away from Baron. He is working on doing what is best for Baron is what he told me on the phone and he will file the missing quarters this month and release news updates afterwards. He said he will get the website backup and running under a Godaddy account and that Devtek is no longer hosting websites, including the Baron site.

I am holding all of my shares, however due to the quantity I own, I am not buying any more BCAP until he delivers on the financials and news. I own more than enough personally.
