I've started buying down here again.  In the range of .0036 - .0020 I will be buying regurarly.  Freed up some cash.  Hopefully, we trend in the range all week so I can just keep accumulating.  This will be amazing.  I'm with you.  I said last august that "soon" with any type of alliance / partnership with a large account equates to 12-36 months...I think we start seeing small deals (not fleets) this quarter as well, with incremental "fleet" deals through thru 2013 and beyond.  I need about $600K to cover childrens college, HLNT won't let me down ; ) !!
