Excellent analysis Junebug. You are correct about the filing --- it will be primarily financials, and there is little to report at this time. The big thing should be a confirmation of share reductions, and probably not much else. I do expect another PR before the end of April, and it is my hope that one will confirm a move to NorthCal. I suspect we could get a press release announcing a shareholders conference call before the end of April as well, or maybe sometime early in May.

When Jason decides to call you or GET MONEY back, perhaps one of you could ask if that is planned? I would think they would want to inform shareholders of major changes in the company's future.
