Whenever I want to find something that is no longer available on a website's current page, like in this case where Cytodyn only shows us back a few years, I go to the Wayback Machine. From there you can type in website and see all the different moments in history where that site was captured and archived. Then just pick a date and scroll through the archived page and it's links to find what you're looking for. Like this:
https://web.archive.org/web/20220122045750/ht...ysis-of-28
Or a more detailed breakdown when they submitted for breakthrough designation here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20211205111842/ht...esignation
It's not always perfect, but more often than not you can find what you're looking for with a little trial and error.
