I'm not sure what is the best way do it, but I had all of my shares in a margin account (where they could be borrowed) and put them in my Roth IRA where they can't be borrowed. Since putting them in there I added a lot of shares to another existing IRA that had available money market funds

At this point, none of my shares are available to be borrowed by the market manipulators and I have many times more shares than what I started with
