Interesting, I listened and heard it took other exchanges
to launch as fast as 6-7 months or longer.
Though Joe said the DE has more of a "vanilla"
system to activate, ie: more " truncated" so
it may take much less time.I also heard,
regarding the public comment
period , that it could typically take up to 60 days
because of things needing to be amended/fixed
when done during that public comment period.
Joe then said that the DE dealt with anything
that needed amending in private with the SEC
so now the public comment period could be
much less than 60 days.

I will have to listen again to the webinar or read
a transcript to verify what I heard. Or just cal the DE.
