I keep thinking the quashing is because BP knows just how powerful and disruptive LL will be to the entire pharma landscape...but at some point, the quashing will give way to out-and-out competition, cause whoever wins LL wins a significant portion of pharma as a whole going forward. Kind of like how runners bide their time in the 10000, say, trying to keep their strength and keep the race from getting away from anyone, and then in the last lap or two, suddenly it's ON and ends in an all-out sprint.
