Confused, happy or indifferent? Right there with you! To say the UEEC pps is being manipulated UP (Huh) Yes there could be really high sales price asking orders that could offer a reason BUT! I believe an uplisting will soon come to fruition! What exchange CEO Thom takes us to is unknown. Defiantely and OTC and not the pink sheet!!!
