I believe it 100%. There's several ways you can manipulate stocks and in otc world it can get bad... I once ran across a husband and wife team with different last names who would post huge amounts of shares at the ask scaring away any possibility I a run... But then the one buying would be buying at a lower level... As long as the shares "traded hands" it was legal. News would come out. People would start buying their shares... They would buy back a couple ticks later as people sold off... Then wait... And let it run a bit the next time... Then bam... Smacking It back down and buying at the bottom again... The manipulation in this market is unreal... And when you have a group of people workin together it can easily be manipulated up or down the same way
