If I were the Gates Foundation, I would pound money into the triple therapy (Leron, bNAbs, and ART therapy) against HIV pioneered by Sacha. I would get HUMAN trials going right away. I know LATCH is farther along, but this triple therapy seems in the long run more practical. Let's go Gates!
