One of Two scenarios have/are developing here:

1) If someone is indeed shorting at these levels, they must either know or think they know of a massive Reverse split coming.

2) Pure and simple, Frank and James are diluting the shi* out of the company.

Either scenario will end up the same for share holders. No revenue , No share holder value, No share holder confidence in management, No Real Company! and the dreaded R/S, followed by more empty promises. Rinse and Repeat!

After 5 years of investing in this POS, it's high time management created revenue other than selling shares and riding off the backs and or expence of common shareholders. It's time for management to put up or shut up, end of story.
