I honestly don't think it's Dwyer. I think it's shareholders tired of waiting and are looking to cut their losses (or lock in small gains from .0001 and .0002).
When there's no evidence of anything happening, all it takes is one semi-large holder to get rid of his shares for the bailout to start.
