Sterilize is cure:

*Because of the reasons I mentioned, it’s going to be really challenging to find something like a sterilizing cure.
*However, I’m optimistic that there could be – or there will be – a functional cure. By that, I mean, one can expect longer durations of treatment-free remission, and that’s possible.
