I used to be a client of Fidelity .... they (as I can remember) warned me to be careful of those "class action lawsuits because if you lose, the lawyers will come back at you with fees. I would hate to be a lead plaintiff and lose, and watch the law firm come after me for inflated fees. No expert here, but those class-action lawsuits are a win/win for the attorneys.
