I wish that were true, but I did a little looking and finally got to that document people have been referencing. Kudos to the author for finding that, but Fidelity states in the fine print that this report is from a third party and they are thus not responsible for the content. I see that among the third parties they list is Respectiv, so I'm thinking this may have been generated by them or based on their numbers, as were the IO percentages at Schwab and Yahoo. So, it all comes down to whether Respectiv is right. I'm thinking by now they must have been made aware of this "glitch" if it is one, so I'm thinking it's legit, though I know Ritz disagrees..
