I'm no stock guru...I'm just an ordinary guy invested in a company I believe in.

But I can tell you the stock price being down has nothing to do with insiders selling shares.

It has to do with a combination of things, including overall fear & uncertainty of investors (partly because of negative posts on this & the other board but largely because of the delay posting the K or the Q...I get the 2 mixed up).  Also MMs and other factors I don't even understand.

Once the report is released, the short term uncertainty will disappear & things will settle down.  Hopefully for the better, but we won't know until it happens.

Then after that there will be the meeting.  Lots of uncertainty.  Right now that is manifested as fear...but any day now that could well turn back into anticipation and a more positive vibe.

I am very much looking forward to the next couple of weeks.
