When dealing with the public in these matters of great concerns I use a smooth hand something that is of interest to the other person that I'm trying to exhibit information. Now these message boards are different as everyone is behind a cell phone or computer but face to face a smile and open eyes are the truth to start with. That is how I reach people as these computers etc are just what they are. A smile in person moves mountains.
