In part, think this is a nice idea -- an after-hours session where you can discuss cake v. pie or even politics, maybe.

But a central consideration for this board (imo) is that it's not a place for shorts/traders/anyone-who-wants-the-share-price-to-go-down. Complaints, frustration about the management -- posts like that may not come from bashers, but they are indistinguishable from a basher's posts. Well-known is the old saw about a thing looking, walking, and quacking in anatine fashion. Do we really want to be a forum for bashers' quacks, on Friday night or any other time? Doc, why not complain on the private board, or the one where you are a moderator?

It would be great if this board remained a place where bashers have no place, and a nonshareholder reading it can think: wow, this is an amazing stock. Because it is.
