Some random conjecture about "Institutional Holdings":
We know that CYDY still owes John Fife significant amounts of money and has generally paid him in shares, so I wonder if a significant amount of Schwab's "Institutional Holdings" aren't shares that he has collected in the recent past and has yet to sell to recoup his money? Does anybody have an accounting as to how much Fife is still owed? After all, 200M shares at $.10/share nets only $20M, and we know he was always getting shares well below the then market price of CYDY shares, and he then apparently sold them to recoup his money, his sales helping to keep a lid upon our stock price ever since we shed Nader from our existence.
Just a thought, could he have been given a large tranche of shares to extinguish his entire debt while we work a partnership or buy-out deal with some large entity? Of course we would expect to see some kind of SEC filing to indicate such, and to this point nothing has surfaced that we have seen, at least to my knowledge.
