It will take significant money to do further trials after the first approval. Inflammation in HIV isn't that money maker. Insurance companies would be likely to disallow and even Medicare/Medicaid might allow it's use in only extreme cases. Which is why I hope we do an Alzheimer's phase 2 first or have someone else fund one.
