G2.....I am not trying to play some link Game that I play with the basher Lowenstein.....I am saying you claim to have information that you are getting form the 2010 10K.....of course I can retrieve that information.....but you are making claims of some sort of dilution from this statement....you should be willing to provide the info and explain what you are basing your claims on.....for all I know you may be right.....I'm asking you to lay out the info with your thoughts so the board can discuss what you are claiming.....I do not know exactly what info from that document you are talking about and how you get to your assertion of dilution from that time.......
