I still don’t think this is a takeover. What would serve Cytodyn best since there is a belief the drug is a Swiss army knife would be licensing agreements . It would make more sense. The letter mentioned confidence that we have enough cash for 2025 but it didn’t go beyond that. So could be cash plus buying of a chunk of shares to see a particular study go through the complete trial process and the company buying the shares gets licensing/selling rights for the drug for a particular application .im guessing ( obviously this whole post is a guess) the interest is in the application which the presentation was for in January. It’s the only reason I can come up with why we cancelled our presentation
