I did some additional research today. I called my broker at Schwab to see if I could talk to someone about where the data is feeding in from to validate it. He wasn't able to determine which of their data companies it comes from, but he directed me to a link at the bottom of the CYDY ticker page called "Data Source Identification". Clicking that link takes you to all of their data sourcing companies (looks like the link doesn't work so I will post the description of the relevant ones).
The only one that says they report on holdings of institutions is Vickers which is a subsidiary of Argus Research Group. So, I got a hold of someone at Argus who told me they would need to reach out to the person at Vickers Stock Research and asked me to email him my question so he could get an answer. I'm waiting to hear back but not holding my breath.
