I agree with you, if there is a 20% institutional ownership change we would see a huge jump in stock price as we all know, somebody always knows something before we do. We do have a larger than normal volume and the stock has gone up, but not to the degree I would expect if this news was true.

Also, cytodyns does have funds to get through the year and to pay for studies, maybe a small trial so they are not desperate to do a deal. Which also means if a deal is in the works they can negotiate properly, as in able to walk away.

I would expect Cytodyn to address the institutional ownership situation, many likely have bought more assuming this to be true. They would know and if it was a glitch it would be easy to answer the question many have asked. The fact they are silent only furthers the speculation that something is going on.
