My point is the dilution was voted on in the 2011 Proxy and came in relation to the Epic Strategic Alliance......and anything added to the float has been in relation to Epic and changing preferred to Common shares....that is my understanding....and I have seen nothing to the counter that says otherwise.......again, no Epic BOD insiders have been dumping shares......."friends and family" of Epic.....okay but that is a hugely different story than the previous.
